About us

Babies and bagels was inspired by Jewish mothers following the bris of their sons. Their mohel, Leslie Solomon, together with his wife Shanni and a talented team from seed devised a series of sessions to guide mothers through that first year of motherhood (B&B 1,2 and 3).

As babies and bagels has grown, so have the educational opportunities being offered to young Jewish families. Babies and bagels now runs parenting and relationship sessions for mums and dads (One Step Ahead), as well as offering superbly run weekend seminars away (Raising a Jewish Family).

Babies and bagels also offers a wonderful opportunity to mothers to learn more about their Judaism (Foundations).

Primarily, babies and bagels is not "about us " at all. It's about you. It's about supporting you and your baby in a warm, friendly and non judgmental environment.

Babies and bagels was inspired by mothers like you, and wants to continue to be inspired, challenged and improved by mothers like you.
